The World is full of beautiful gemstones, some of them in bad settings!
I am a doodler creating works in silver. While world events are happening around me, in my studio, gemstones dictate the next event.
What I like about jewelry is the sense of permanence. The birth of any gemstone have taken thousands of years,now they are shining ready for new transformation.
Materials dictate how the piece will emerge. It often feels that am just an attachment to my tools, I do not design my pieces, I just facilitate their growth. My role is to shape, solder, polish and stop in the right moment.
